1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or accessing Will It Fit?, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the application.

2. License Grant

The developer grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, and limited license to download, install, and use the App on any Apple-branded mobile device running iOS 18 or later that you own or control, solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

Critical Measurement Disclaimer The 3D scanning, spatial coordinates, door/window clearances, and fit calculations generated by the App rely on Apple's RoomPlan APIs and hardware sensors. These represent mathematical estimations and may contain slight variances or errors. Do not rely solely on the App's outputs for construction, structural changes, or buying expensive furniture without verifying critical physical dimensions manually with a tape measure.

3. Usage & Limitations

You agree not to use the App for any illegal activities, nor to attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or local assets of the App. The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the App will be completely free of bugs, errors, or service interruptions.

4. Budgets and Inventories

The application includes tracking tools for custom furniture libraries, price tracking, priorities, and project budgets. These tools are provided strictly as an assistive layout and planning mechanism. We do not assume any legal liability for financial losses, purchase errors, or budget discrepancies resulting from layout files or PDF summaries.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All copyright, database rights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the App (including design layout, user interfaces, code base, and geometric assets) are owned by the developer, Alice Turcanu. You may not distribute or copy these elements without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, property damage, or physical clearance issues) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the App.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide updated terms on this webpage. Continuing to use the App after updates constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
