Terms of Use and End User License Agreement
Thank you for playing AI Explorers! By downloading, installing, or using our application, you agree to these Terms of Use and this End User License Agreement ("EULA").
1. Acceptable Use
AI Explorers is designed for educational, personal, and non-commercial entertainment. You agree to use the app in a manner consistent with its purpose—to learn block-based coding and artificial intelligence concepts.
2. End User License
AI Explorers is licensed, not sold, to you. Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use AI Explorers for personal, non-commercial use on devices that you own or control.
If you downloaded AI Explorers from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. If these terms conflict with Apple's standard EULA, Apple's standard EULA applies to the extent required by Apple.
3. License Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of AI Explorers, except where applicable law expressly permits it. You may not use the app for unlawful purposes or in a way that interferes with the app or other users.
4. Intellectual Property
All coding puzzles, graphics, sounds, characters (including Pix), software code, names, and other content in AI Explorers are owned by the developers or their licensors. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
5. Updates & Progress
We may release updates to improve the app or add new game modes. Because all game progress and wardrobe item data are stored entirely locally on your device, we are not responsible for progress lost if the app is deleted, the device is reset, or database data is cleared.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The application is provided "as is" without any guarantees or warranties of any kind. We strive to provide a fun, bug-free learning experience but are not liable for any issues arising from app use.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of AI Explorers.
8. Termination
This license remains effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete AI Explorers from your devices.
