TraceOff

End User License Agreement

Effective date: September 7, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and the developer of TraceOff ("we", "us") for the TraceOff iOS application, including all updates and documentation (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

1. License grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

3. Third-party components

The App's metadata-removal engine is our own work. It reads and rewrites file containers according to their published specifications.

The App bundles Lottie for iOS (Copyright Airbnb, Inc.), used under the Apache License, Version 2.0, to play the interface animations. A copy of that license is included with the App.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the photos, videos, and other files you process with the App. We claim no ownership over your content, and — because processing happens entirely on-device — we never receive a copy of it.

5. No warranty

The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will we be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any provision of this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies of it.

8. Apple as third-party beneficiary

This EULA is between you and us only, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. However, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and upon your acceptance, Apple has the right to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.

9. Compliance with law

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

10. Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, excluding its conflict-of-law provisions.
