By downloading, installing, or using SnapSort ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

SnapSort is a mobile application that provides on-device document scanning, text recognition, and organization capabilities. The App processes all data locally on your device using offline AI technology.

3. Privacy-First Design

SnapSort is designed with privacy as a core principle:

• All scanning and processing occurs entirely on your device
• No data is uploaded to external servers or cloud services
• No user accounts are required or created
• No tracking, analytics, or third-party data collection

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• The content you choose to scan and store using the App
• Maintaining the security of your device
• Backing up your data as needed
• Complying with all applicable laws when using the App
• Not scanning or storing illegal, harmful, or infringing content

5. Intellectual Property

SnapSort and all related trademarks, logos, and intellectual property are owned by the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

SnapSort is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy of text recognition or classification
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Merchantability

The App uses AI and machine learning technologies that may produce imperfect results. You should verify all extracted information for accuracy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any inaccuracies in text recognition or data classification
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your device data
• Any other matter relating to the App

8. Camera and Notification Permissions

The App requests camera access for document scanning and notification permissions for optional reminders. These permissions are:

• Used only for their stated purposes
• Processed entirely on your device
• Never transmitted to external servers
• Revocable at any time through device settings

9. Data Storage and Deletion

All scanned documents and data are stored locally on your device. You can delete any or all data at any time through the App. Uninstalling the App will remove all associated data from your device.

10. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time. We may also update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Age Restrictions

The App is intended for users aged 4 and above. Users under 18 should obtain parental consent before using the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
