Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Curlew (the "Software"), developed by Tudor Turcanu.

The Software and its source code are proprietary and confidential. All rights are reserved by Tudor Turcanu. No part of this Software or its repository may be copied, modified, distributed, sublicensed, or used in any form without prior written permission from the copyright holder.

2. Conditions of Use

You agree to use the Software solely for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from attempting to decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or derive the source code of the Software, except as permitted under applicable local law.

3. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. 5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tudor Turcanu resides, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
