By downloading, accessing, or using SwissSave, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Purpose of the App

SwissSave helps users organize personal finances, view financial insights, manage budgets, and track subscriptions. It is intended as an informational and organizational tool.

SwissSave does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Any calculations, insights, or forecasts are provided for general informational purposes only.

Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms

SwissSave Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription through the App Store.

Monthly plan CHF 6.99 per month
Yearly plan CHF 69.99 per year

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings.

Privacy

Your use of SwissSave is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains how data is handled.

Intellectual Property

All branding, design, software, and related materials associated with SwissSave remain the property of the developer unless otherwise stated.

Permitted Use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with normal operation, or use SwissSave for unlawful activity.

Disclaimers and Liability

SwissSave is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
