1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the RSS Reader app, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure that you read them carefully before using the app.

2. Intellectual Property

The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to the developer. You are not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.

3. Premium Subscriptions & Billing

RSS Reader is free to use with an allowance of 10 new stories per month; stories you have already opened always stay readable. RSS Reader Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription that removes the monthly limit on new stories, adds the Midnight Gold and Pure OLED Black themes, and includes any Premium features added later. Everything else in the app, including AI summaries and briefings, ad filtering, and offline storage, is available without Premium. The available plans are:

• Premium Weekly: renews every week.
• Premium Monthly: renews every month.
• Premium Yearly: renews every year.

Prices vary by country and are shown in the app and on the App Store before you subscribe (in the United States: $1.99 per week, $4.99 per month, or $39.99 per year).

Free trial: Premium Yearly includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers who are eligible for an introductory offer. You will not be charged during the trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your Apple Account is charged the yearly price when the trial ends and the subscription renews each year after that. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.

4. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price and duration period as the original plan selected, unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

5. Subscription Management & Cancellation

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in the app (Settings > Manage Subscription) or in your Apple Account settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid being charged for the next one; you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.

6. Content Disclaimer

The app provides a way to access content from third-party RSS feeds. We do not own, control, or endorse the content provided by these feeds. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or decency of any content accessed through the app.

7. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall the developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use of the app.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
