Stress Free is designed to be a private tool for your mental well-being. Your data is stored locally on your device and is included in your personal iCloud backups if you have them enabled. We do not have access to your data, and it is not synced across devices unless through an entire device restore from backup.

• Mood Entries: We store the moods and notes you input.
• Progress Data: We track your breathing cycles and meditation minutes.
• Health Data: If you choose to sync with Apple Health, we may read or write mindfulness minutes solely for tracking your progress.

2. On-Device Processing

Core features like mood tracking, breathing exercises, and ambient sound mixing happen entirely on your device. We do not transmit your personal journals or emotional data to external servers for processing.

3. Third-Party Services

Our app may use Apple Inc. services (like iCloud or Apple Intelligence) to provide seamless synchronization and smart features. This data is handled according to Apple's strict privacy standards and is encrypted in transit and at rest.

4. Data Retention

You have full control over your data. You can delete your mood history or reset all progress at any time within the app's settings. Once deleted, this information is permanently removed from your device.
