By downloading or using Scanly, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.
Intellectual Property
The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to the Scanly Team. You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the app for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not use the app in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the app.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
Subscriptions and Payments
Scanly offers auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock Pro features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
- Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Management: You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time after purchase.
- Cancellations: No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
Changes to These Terms
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
