Terms & Conditions and EULA

Welcome to AlgoLearn. Please read these Terms and Conditions and the End User License Agreement (EULA) carefully before using our mobile application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the AlgoLearn application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not download, install, or use the application.

2. End User License Agreement (EULA)

If you download AlgoLearn from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

These Terms supplement the Apple Standard EULA. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA will control where required by Apple or applicable law.

Permission is granted to download and use one copy of AlgoLearn per device for personal, non-commercial, educational use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

The materials within AlgoLearn are provided on an 'as is' basis. AlgoLearn makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, AlgoLearn does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its application or otherwise relating to such materials.

5. Limitations

In no event shall AlgoLearn or its developers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the AlgoLearn application, even if AlgoLearn or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

6. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on the AlgoLearn application could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. AlgoLearn does not warrant that any of the materials on its application are accurate, complete, or current. AlgoLearn may make changes to the materials contained on its application at any time without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The algorithm problems featured in AlgoLearn are classic, widely known computer-science exercises that are not owned by any party. All problem descriptions, explanations, intuition write-ups, pseudocode, sample implementations, and the selection, ordering, and arrangement of the problem set are original works authored for AlgoLearn and are protected by copyright. © 2026 Alice Turcanu. 8. Governing Law

Any claim relating to AlgoLearn shall be governed by the local laws of the developer's jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
