By downloading, installing, or using AeroStream, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

AeroStream is a mobile application that provides airport discovery, route planning, and map-based aviation features. The App relies on map and location services rather than live flight-tracking feeds.

3. Data Sources and Accuracy

Airport and Map Data

Airport and map information is provided by third-party platform services. We make no guarantees regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of airport and route information
• The availability or uptime of the data service
• The coverage of airport search results in any particular area

Informational Use Only

AeroStream is designed for entertainment and educational purposes. The App and its data should NOT be used for:

• Flight operations or aviation decision-making
• Safety-critical applications
• Navigation or air traffic control
• Any purpose where inaccurate data could result in harm

4. User Obligations

When using AeroStream, you agree to:

• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks

5. Location Services

AeroStream may request access to your device's location services. Location access is optional and you may:

• Deny location access and still use the App with default map positioning
• Revoke location permissions at any time through your device settings

6. Intellectual Property

The AeroStream App, including its design, code, and original content, is owned by AeroStream and protected by copyright laws. Third-party map and airport data remains subject to the terms of the respective provider.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability
• Warranties that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AEROSTREAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Any loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Damages resulting from reliance on information provided by the App
• Service interruptions or unavailability

9. Third-Party Services

AeroStream relies on third-party services, including:

• Apple Services: For maps, location services, and app distribution

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services.

10. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time
• Update these Terms at any time with notice via the App or our website
• Change features or functionality without prior notice

Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using AeroStream at any time by uninstalling the App. We reserve the right to restrict access to the App for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
